Have been with Heart since Nov 2008 and on the whole very happy, especially their support, which is exceptionally good. Uptime is better than good, in fact I only remember one outage ever during this time and that was outside of their control. Good value for money all round I would say especially the re-seller account.

We have been with Heart Internet since 2007 and in that time we have had issues, some with our knowledge, some with the system. In all cases the technical support staff have dealt with all issues brilliantly and gone beyond the call of duty on many occasions to resolve problems that have not been their fault. Can't recommend them enough - in fact I do, to the students I teach at college.

As a member of the "reseller club" I was becoming more and more frustrated with its complex back office. I decided to look around for an alternative provider when I was asked by a new customer to build them a site that they could update themselves. I came across Heart Internet and asked my social media associates what they thought the feedback was good. In my experience to date I have had far better than great support and 99.999999% instantly. The back office is clear, precise and not complicated at all. I would totally recommend Heart Internet and do so not only by word of mouth but also by becoming an affiliate and adding the link to all my outgoing e-mails.

I tried several different hosts until a friend recommended Heart to me. I have never regretted joining Heart, almost zero problems with the service and when I did open a support ticket the response was fast and efficient with fast closure of the problem. Down time has been almost non-existent.

I eventually got the Reseller pack which has been fantastic value. The eXtend Control Panel is packed with features probably more than you will ever need, but it's handy to have the features there. I now run several successful e-commerce stores so a reliable hosting partnership is paramount.

I have no hesitation in recommending Heart Internet to you.

In the time we have been with Heart Internet we have never had one second downtime on our sites. The customer service department has always been fast friendly and reliable ... never taking more than 15 minutes to give a comprehensive reply. The Customer service department even investigated and advised us on legal content issues which occurred when we had different laws between the countries of our customers. They say that when something is too good to be true it usually isn't. This is one of those rare occasions where I couldn't say anything bad about the company and we will continue to patronise Heart Internet for as long as this situation remains.

Super web hosts who have served me very well, a low cost service and servers which run without fail day and night ... well in the last 3 years I have had one day the system went down, but then again other web hosting companies have the same issues. The customer service ticket system works a treat ... when you have a problem with your hosts service you get a response straight away ... eg, a few weeks ago my site was only part loading, everything was checked and double checked ... who was to blame, well not me anyway ... so in the rudest fashion I raised a support ticket and launched an attack on the poor web hosting. The point being, I had this web fault fixed within the day ... the support team pin pointed the problem which turned out to be a file i had not loaded up to the server. So, even when you hear a bad web host story which may even have begun by me ... in this case Heartinternet fixed/found the problem I had with my site. ! And to end this comment I would say again ... a perfect service with only one day down time in 3 years for me. A very very good support team who have served me well. And should you ever have a minor problem which i very much doubt, i would suggest you are polite with the support team as in this case with my firsts problem ... they would most likely be able to pin point the issue to and error you have made rather than Heartinternet.

I did serious homework before picking another hosting company, having had mediocre service from some other very well-known hosting companies, for more than ten years. I chose Heart Internet as my long term replacement for my reseller facilities, and am very glad I did.

I was shocked by the massive range of comprehensive facilities available in the reseller control panel when I first logged in. All these tools are well thought out and polished. Tech support via the ticket system has been very good and they actually read all your question and give you full, and polite, answers and responses, unlike some other hosts who don't read your issues and just give you canned answers. While other hosts always seem to be doing maintenance, you never seem to have anything posted, which I can only assume is because all your stuff is set up properly and doesn't cause you many issues.

So in conclusion, if you need a great host and at a great price, you would be very hard pushed to beat Heart, and I have tried quite a few.

I just wanted to write a BIG thank you to you and the guys in support, you have made me feel most welcome as a new account holder, nothing has been too much trouble for any of you when I have asked questions or needed help during this huge migration. I am happy to say that the migration is now 100% complete and is all functioning normally.

I must say I did expect to see some difference in performance when I moved the sites from a dedicated server to the reseller package that I have with you, but I am happy to see I have noticed NO change in performance at all which is great.

I requested support for information regarding setting up GPG, again they we extremely helpful and enabled SSH for me in no time at all which enabled me to get GPG set up quickly.

I can't praise the guys enough for everything, Demon could certainly learn a LOT about customer services from you all.

Your movie tutorial for setting up email accounts in Outlook Express is exactly what I needed to see! I've always used webmail as I could never get my head around POP3, IMAP, SMTP etc, even when sent detailed instructions from previous hosting providers. Excellent movie showing you step by step, you can't go wrong.

It is now almost a year to the day since we first began migrating our client's websites to Heart Internet's servers. The feedback from our clients has been positive. Better service, quicker response times on problems, easy-to-install web extras, scripts etc, and so on.

Also, by moving to your servers, we saved a lot of money annually (and got a better service) which enabled us to offer discounts to our more favoured clients. Sites are easy to set up and install and the whole process is fairly straightforward (a lot more so than our last hosting company) - even complex migrations have been easier and swifter.
